To initiate production and begin work on your order, an advance payment of at least 50% of the total project cost is required.

    After all consultations and project approval, our team begins the sewing process. We pay attention to every stitch, fold, and detail throughout the entire process. At what stage is it best to contact you?
    The ideal moment for our involvement is the "bare concrete" stage, when the project is just beginning to be implemented. Although there are still several months of renovation work before the curtains are installed, we can already discuss all the details at this stage to avoid possible complications. We fix the installation points and lines of all our systems in advance, taking into account protruding elements (radiators, window sills), give recommendations on the design of niches for curtain rods, and also advise on how to prepare embedded parts under the plasterboard for reliable installation of curtain rods and other elements. This allows us to integrate our solutions into the interior as efficiently as possible.
What types of textile décor do you offer?
    We specialize in the design and sewing of various interior textile products, including curtains, bedspreads, decorative pillows, chair covers, tablecloths and bed linen.

What is the order fulfillment time?
    Production times depend on the complexity of the order, the volume of work and the materials selected. On average, the process takes from one week to one month. Simple orders, such as standard curtains or textile accessories, are completed faster, while large-scale projects with individual design, complex cuts and exclusive fabrics take longer. We always agree on deadlines in advance and strive to complete each order within the optimal time frame without compromising on quality.
What are the payment terms?

    We require a prepayment ranging from 50%, depending on the order’s complexity and volume. The final payment is made upon completion of the work and before the finished products are handed over to the client. We also provide all necessary financial documents and ensure transparent cooperation terms.
